At Spaulding Clinical, not only are we looking to make a difference in the world of clinical research, we’re looking to make a difference in the world…and it all starts right here in our community of West Bend.
Corporate responsibility is woven into the very fabric of who we are and what we do, and our commitment to our community is ongoing. We live this commitment every day as it reflects our mission statement, where we are “aware of our strengths and values…loving in our care…and heroic in our ambitions.”
United Way of Washington County
The United Way of Washington County is an independent non-profit organization that raises funds for health and human service needs and responsibly distributes those funds to improve the quality of life in Washington County.
Spaulding Clinical is a major advocate of the United Way of Washington County and its mission within our community. Each year, members of Spaulding Clinical raise money for the United Way campaign, looking to make a difference in Washington County. For the 2011 campaign, Spaulding Clinical raised over $15,000 through employee contributions, which was almost triple the amount raised during the previous campaign.
Spaulding Clinical Founder and CEO, Randol Spaulding, has been a member of the Board of Directors for the past four years and is actively involved in many community partnerships. His contributions and volunteer work has led to him being named the 2012 United Way of Washington County Campaign Chairman, and he will lead the campaign this fall.
“I strongly believe in the United Way mission, and after seeing the needs of our county first-hand, I’m committed to setting the bar high again for this year’s campaign so we can support those that need our help the most.” – (Randol Spaulding)
