Spaulding Clinical webECG™ Announces Integration with Allscripts Open Electronic Health Record Certified for Use.

July 31, 2013 – West Bend and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA –Today,Spaulding Clinical Research, a change agent in the clinical research and medical device industries, announced that the company’s cloud-based Spaulding webECGTM Management System, has received approval for use with Allscripts Enterprise™ EHR 11.4.  

The cloud-based Spaulding webECG diagnostic 12-lead ECG Management Solution is a break-through application designed to drive out the cost of acquiring, storing and managing 12-lead ECG data.  The integration allows the Spaulding webECG application to be launched directly from the Allscripts EHR user interface, supports physician orders, provides immediate access to the 12-lead ECG reports and automatically creates billing information, streamlining physician office workflow. This partnership illustrates Spaulding Clinical’s on-going commitment to expanding its service offering, to better serve the pharmaceutical industry for the advancement of science and of medicine, and the Aurora Research Institute’sTMcommitment to improving patient care through advancing technologies. The collaboration is currently in the feasibility stage of acquiring an upcoming diabetes study with a top-five pharmaceutical company.
